We have successfully assisted a number of foreign enterprises to establish a presence in the UK. 

One key question is 'What form should the UK presence take?'  The options include a UK company, UK limited liability partnership [LLP], a branch, an office, or none of the above.  There are certain registration and filing requirements for some of these structures.  We have experience of both setting up appropriate structures, and handling the subsequent filing submissions.
